Booking Policy

1. Booking & Deposits 

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event date.     

  • Bookings without a deposit are not guaranteed.      

2. Delivery & Setup              

  • Delivery and installation fees are based on event location and setup complexity.

  • Client must ensure access to the venue at the agreed setup time.

  • If there are delays (locked venue, waiting time, etc.), additional fees may apply. 

3. Weather & Outdoor Installations

  • Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, and rain. Rose Party Balloons is not responsible for damage caused by weather once installation is complete.

  • If bad weather is forecasted, we recommend moving your setup indoors when possible.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be rescheduled (deposit transferred to a new date).

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in deposit forfeiture.

  • No-shows or same day cancellations require full payment.

5. Equipment Rentals

  • Backdrops, stands, shimmer walls, and other rentals items remain the property of Rose Party Balloons.

  • Rentals must be returned in the same condition. Any lost or damaged items will be billed to the client.

6. Balloons Quality & Disclaimer 

  • We use high-quality professional balloons, not store-bought balloons. 

  • Once installed, balloons may shrink/oxidize outdoors. Clients accepts responsibility for balloons after setup is completed.  

7. Safety & Liability​

  • Balloons are a choking hazard. Keep away from small children and pets.

  • Rose Party Balloons is not responsible for any damages after setup completion.
